After installation click on Start >> Programs >> Python X >> User can select IDLE (Python GUI) or Python (Command line) depends on the skill set.

The current production versions are Python 2.7.2 and Python 3.2.2. Choose according to the feature sets.

Click Save the setup in your machine.
